Introduction to the Course

Welcome! Thank you for watching my intro! My story is like so many other people I know: many of us have a reason why we cannot or do not wish to eat bread anymore. I am here to help you understand that bread can actually be healthy for you, if given the proper time to ferment and if made with great organic ingredients and a sourdough starter. Throughout my own years of research I have discovered this and have baked over 3,000 loaves of bread to prove my point! I am excited to have you share in my bread journey with me. Join me as I teach you how to make your own Sourdough Bread in the comfort of your own home to share with family and friends!
